Shipping Information
We ship out orders every Friday and use Japan Post. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by two factors: location and weight. One A5-size book approximately weighs 300g (starts from $10) and one A4-size book approximately weighs 500g (starts from $12).
For Japan orders, we use blue letter packs or Click Post, depending on availability.
For international orders, we have two options:
Standard: regular Printed Matter mail (via air)
Depending on the country, delivery time takes between 7 to 28 days (sometimes longer).
Cheaper option; orders exceeding 5kg will have free shipping.
Not all countries have tracking details for this option.
Express: EMS (via air)
Depending on the country, delivery time takes between 2 to 6 days.
More expensive, but safest; orders exceeding 5kg will have 50% off the shipping.
All orders will have tracking details for this option.
Because ephemere. is a small entity, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your purchase very carefully before securing a payment.
